Meet Tabitha Evans,
LCSW, LCAS, CCS
14+ years helping individuals, couples, and families heal — from the inside out.
“It takes courage to reach out for help, and you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.”
I offer a collaborative, empowering space where your experiences are respected, your voice is central, and your goals drive the work we do together. Whether you're navigating life transitions, healing from past experiences, managing mental health or substance use challenges, or seeking greater balance — we'll work together to help you build the life you want with practical tools, compassion, and real conversation.
I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing conflict, grief, mood challenges, stress, and those navigating life transitions. I also specialize in supporting individuals in recovery and those seeking life coaching to reach their fullest potential.
My communication style is a balance of warmth and straightforwardness — I'll always listen attentively to understand your unique perspective, but I'll also offer gentle challenges when needed to help you see things from a new angle or push beyond what feels comfortable.
My approach to therapy is a collaborative, supportive experience where healing happens through both conversation and creative expression. I tailor my approach to fit your needs — drawing from over 15 evidence-based modalities including expressive arts, play therapy, CBT, ACT, and more. Meaningful change happens when you feel seen, heard, and empowered to take an active role in your healing process.
